Returns & Refunds

At Players Game London, we operate a strict returns policy aligned with our limited production model.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with all tags and packaging

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Limited release products
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

Returns Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

To request a return, use the contact section to contact us, remember to include you're ordeer number.

We aim to respond to all queires within 24hrs 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
